You will lead the product and design team to launch, optimize, and scale products across diverse charters that drive portfolio growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep fintech or lending experience, strong execution discipline, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.ResponsibilitiesProduct StrategyDrive the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap prioritization.Deeply understand customer needs across business channels.Analyse market trends, competition, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.Identify innovative offerings in secured lending and build best in-class NBFC stack across the credit lifecyle (onboarding, secvicing etc)Product Development ExecutionEnsure timely and high-quality execution of the product roadmap, PRDs and designs.Work closely with PMs during the PRD lifecycle such as problem discovery, success criteria, stakeholder alignment etc.Drive continuous improvement through experimentation and post-launch monitoring.Leadership Team BuildingLead and mentor a high-performing team of PMs, SPMs, designers, and Product Ops.Foster a culture of structured problem-solving and ouctome-driven execution.Establish strong rituals for sprint planning, reviews, release monitoring etc.Stakeholder ManagementAlign senior leadership, business teams, and external partners on product priorities.Drive clarity, communication, and accountability across teams on scope and impact.Represent the product team in leadership forums for reviews and goal planning.RequirementsExperience7-10 years of product management experience.Strong background in fintech, lending or B2C products.Working in a fast-paced growth-stage startupBuilt high-quality, customer-centric productsSkillsetOperate at both high-level vision and granular detail with a hands-on approachStrong product intuition backed by structured thinking and analytical rigourExceptional leadership and stakeholder management
