Key Responsibilities Human Resources Administration: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, documentation, exit process. Maintain HR records including employee files, attendance, leaves, and database updates. Support employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations. Handle HR-related queries from employees and act as the first point of contact for HR issues. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive company data. Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations and facility management (cleanliness, maintenance, utilities, repairs). Manage office supplies, inventory, vendor coordination, and procurement. Liaise with external service providers (IT support, security, etc.). Organize and coordinate internal/external meetings, events, and training sessions. Maintain office infrastructure, ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Support visiting employees or guests with logistics and office needs. What will you bring?
