AI Engineer

We are looking for a Generalist AI Engineer to join our team and drive AI-driven automation across developer productivity, operations, and customer support. You will work with LLM-based tools and technologies to streamline workflows, build AI-powered copilots, and enhance efficiency across various functions. Key Responsibilities Developer Productivity: Build AI-powered tools to assist developers in code generation, debugging, documentation, and automation. Operations Efficiency: Implement AI-driven solutions to optimize internal workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance decision-making. Customer Support Automation: Develop AI chatbots and virtual assistants to improve response times, reduce support load, and enhance customer experience. Research and integrate cutting-edge LLM technologies (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.) to solve real-world business problems. Deploy and fine-tune custom AI models for text summarization, classification, retrieval, and decision-making. Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver scalable solutions. Requirements 3-5 years of experience working as an AI Engineer / ML Engineer / Applied AI Developer. Strong understanding of LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), vector databases, and AI-based automation tools. Experience in Python, LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, RAG architectures, and AI-based workflow automation. Familiarity with NLP, embeddings, fine-tuning models, prompt engineering, and AI-powered search. Experience deploying AI models in production using AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes. Strong problem-solving skills and a generalist mindset to work across multiple domains. Good to Have Prior experience in AI-powered code assistance tools (e.g., Copilot, Tabnine, Cody). Hands-on experience with LLM agents and orchestration frameworks. Exposure to automating workflows in Slack, Notion, or internal tools using AI. Why Join Us?
