Job Description

We are looking for a passionate

AI Engineer

with around

2 years of hands-on experience

in building, fine-tuning. The ideal candidate will work on developing intelligent features, integrating LLMs, building pipelines, and supporting end-to-end AI solution delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop, fine-tune AI models for classification, prediction, NLP, and automation use cases.
Work with LLMs and Generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, HuggingFace) to build smart features and chat-based solutions.
Preprocess, clean, and transform datasets for model training and evaluation.
Implement model evaluation techniques, track performance, and optimize models for accuracy and efficiency.
Integrate AI models into production systems via REST APIs or microservices.
Collaborate with backend, data, and product teams to convert business requirements into AI solutions.
Conduct research on new AI techniques, tools, and frameworks to improve solution capabilities.
Prepare documentation, experiment logs, and model reports.
Assist in deploying models with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience in IL engineering role.
Good understanding of Python, LangGraph, LangChain, A2A, MCP
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, or Generative AI APIs.
Hands-on experience with APIs, JSON, and integrating ML models into applications.
Good understanding of SQL and data modeling.
Exposure to cloud platforms is a plus (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and eagerness to learn new AI technologies.
