Please find Job Description for Trainee IT Recruiter:- Job Title: Trainee IT Recruiter Department: Talent Acquisition Experience Level: Fresher-1 Year Mode: Work from Office (5 Days Working) Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh Qualifications: BBA / MBA Skills and Responsibilities:- Create and publish job ads in various portals Network with potential candidates through professional groups on social media and during events Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees Screen resumes and job applications Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of qualified candidates Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive) Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys Reporting - daily, weekly and monthly Ability to manage recruitment events, walk-in drives, etc Sourcing talent through traditional and digital means to maintain an active candidate database. Must have excellent communication (Written and Verbal) skills.
