Job Title: Quote Management Executive Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage sales quotations based on client requirements and internal pricing structures. Channel & Direct Sales Management: Handle a mix of direct sales and channel partner management. Appoint and support dealers, resellers, and sub-dealers across the region. Key Account Management: Engage with large customers, Facility Management Companies and government institutions to position Karcher as the preferred cleaning solution provider. Product Demonstration & Technical Selling: Conduct live demos and presentations, highlighting ROI and performance advantages of Karchers high-pressure cleaners, vacuum systems, scrubber driers, sweepers, and specialty equipment. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline status, competitor analysis, and market trends for management reporting. After-Sales Coordination: Work closely with service teams to ensure smooth installation, training, and post-sale support. Preferred candidate profile Experience: Minimum 8 -10 years of B2B sales experience in cleaning equipment in BSC Segment or hygiene/maintenance products. Sectoral Exposure: Proven experience in selling to at least 2-3 sectors from: hospitality, BSC or from Facility Management Companies. Skills: Strong technical understanding of cleaning equipment (especially pressure washers, scrubbers, vacuums, etc.) Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to manage a Branch role with minimal supervision
