JOB DESCRIPTION Department: Sales Professional BSC & Hospitality Job Title: Location: Territory Manager JOB PURPOSE We are looking for a Territory Manager to help us increase our sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within an assigned geographical area. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • • • • • Direct Sales Development in the assigned target group segment. Acquire new accounts in addition to developing existing accounts. To increase our sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within an assigned geographical area. Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies through customer research. Analyse data to find the most efficient sales methods. Customer handling and resolution of sales related challenges. Capable of performing product demonstrations as part of the sales process. Responsible for the collection of the payment from the customers. Ensure that the monthly targets are regularly achieved. Should have the capacity to work independently. QUALIFICATIONS Experience Requirements: • • Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience, preferably in similar industry. Proven work experience as a Sales professional Education Requirements: • • B.Tech / B.E (Mechanical/Electrical) MBA / PGDMA or Any Other Professional Course Required Skills: • • • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. IT Skills and CRM Knowledge. Physical Requirements: • • • • Dynamic and presentable professional required Initiative and enthusiasm Open for relocation for any region. Availability to travel as needed.
