Location: Mumbai Role Overview: We are looking for a data-driven Product Analyst who will work closely with product managers, growth teams, and engineers to support data-informed decision-making. You will be responsible for identifying actionable insights, tracking product performance, and helping shape our product roadmap through data. Key Responsibilities: Analyze user behavior and product usage to identify trends, friction points, and growth opportunities across UniAcco, UniCreds, and UniScholars. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track product health and key business metrics. Partner with Product Managers to define and measure success metrics for new feature rollouts and experiments. Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the impact of product changes and growth experiments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, tech, and operations to drive alignment and impact. Perform funnel and cohort analysis to identify drop-offs and optimize conversions. Provide data-driven recommendations for feature prioritization and product roadmap planning. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a tech or product-led growth environment. Strong command of SQL – able to write complex queries to extract and manipulate large datasets. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for modeling, analysis, and reporting. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase , or similar. Comfortable with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics , or similar. Good understanding of A/B testing, product funnels, cohort analysis, and user segmentation. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and storytelling skills – able to convert data into actionable insights. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Nice to Have: Exposure to SaaS or marketplace business models. Experience working with tools like Segment, Heap, or BigQuery. Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation.
