Job Title: Product Analyst


Location: Jaipur (Onsite)

Work Hours: Night Shift (Eastern/Pacific Timing)

Experience: 2–3 years

Department: Product / Customer Success


About the Role


The Product Analyst will serve as a crucial link between clients, operations, and the product team, ensuring that customer needs are well-understood and effectively addressed. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in SaaS-based products, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage client interactions smoothly. The position requires working onsite during night shifts to support clients in different time zones and maintain consistent product engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct interactive product demos for clients, showcasing key features and addressing client queries.
  2. Respond to and resolve product-related support issues, coordinating closely with the operations and technical teams.
  3. Capture client feedback and translate insights into actionable suggestions for product and process improvements.
  4. Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot client challenges and optimize workflows.
  5. Maintain accurate documentation of product issues, enhancements, and user stories.
  6. Analyze client usage patterns and support metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for product knowledge, ensuring customers have a smooth and informed experience.


Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  2. 2–3 years of experience in a Product Analyst, Client Support Analyst, or similar role in a SaaS-based product company.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client interactions.
  4. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
  5. Familiarity with CRM and ticketing platforms such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with product, engineering, and operations teams.
  7. Flexibility to work in night shifts and availability for onsite collaboration in Jaipur.


Preferred Skills

  1. Experience conducting product training sessions or client onboarding.
  2. Understanding of SaaS metrics such as retention, churn, and usage analytics.
  3. Strong attention to detail and customer-first attitude.
