Job Description

About Collabrix Inc.

Collabrix Inc. is a rapidly growing SaaS company headquartered in Texas and serving life sciences enterprises worldwide. Our products enable seamless collaboration between pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies and their global manufacturing partners. As a virtual-first company with a team based in India, we combine domain depth and technical agility to solve complex problems that matter.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Analyst with strong domain expertise in supply chain and manufacturing, ideally within the life sciences industry or consulting firms that serve this space. This role is well-suited for professionals from leading supply chain institutes such as IIM Mumbai (NITIE), SP Jain, or similar programs who want to apply their knowledge in digital product design.

The Product Analyst will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and client stakeholders. You will analyze supply chain and manufacturing workflows, research industry best practices, and translate these into detailed product requirements and user experiences. This role emphasizes execution, precision, and the ability to bridge domain knowledge with technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain, manufacturing, and life sciences processes, including planning, scheduling, procurement, QA/QC, logistics, and regulatory workflows.
  • Translate product vision into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring domain accuracy.
  • Research industry standards, digital transformation trends, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GMP, FDA, EMA guidelines) to inform product direction.
  • Design and refine user interfaces with tools such as Figma, ensuring usability and compliance with life sciences standards.
  • Prepare process maps, wireframes, and prototypes that reflect supply chain and manufacturing realities.
  • Present requirements and designs to engineering teams and customers, incorporating feedback iteratively.
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT by clarifying domain-specific requirements and validating deliverables.
  • Maintain product documentation, research reports, and competitive analyses to support roadmap decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong functional expertise in supply chain or manufacturing (preferably in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology).
  • 5–10 years in product analysis, business analysis, or consulting with exposure to ERP/MES, digital manufacturing, or supply chain systems.
  • Hands-on experience with processes such as production planning, procurement, inventory, quality management, or logistics.
  • Knowledge of GMP environments, QA/QC processes, and regulatory compliance highly valued.
  • Proficiency in writing product requirements and user stories, with proven ability to bridge domain and technical concepts.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
  • Exposure to Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Preferred education: MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field from institutes such as IIM Mumbai (NITIE), SP Jain, or other top supply chain programs.

What We Look For

  • A detail-oriented professional with supply chain/manufacturing expertise and passion for digital solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • High integrity, reliability, and a growth mindset.
  • Passion for improving supply chain collaboration in the life sciences industry.

Work Schedule

To support our global customers with agility and excellence, we follow a six-day work model on alternate weeks. Employees are expected to work on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of each month. This helps us accelerate delivery timelines while maintaining high standards of quality.

Why Join Collabrix

  • Build products that digitally transform life sciences supply chains and manufacturing.
  • Work with global enterprise clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • High ownership, visibility, and flexibility in a growing SaaS startup.
  • Collaborative and transparent remote-first culture.
  • Long-term career growth opportunities as we scale.
