Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Procurement Manager with a strong background in interior fit-outs, construction, and vendor management within the co-working space or commercial interiors industry . The ideal candidate will manage sourcing, negotiations, and end-to-end procurement operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets. Source and onboard vendors for civil, interior, MEP, HVAC, electrical, furniture, and other related works. Evaluate vendor performance, pricing, quality, and delivery timelines. Float RFPs, analyze BOQs, negotiate contracts, and finalize work orders or purchase orders. Collaborate with the project, design, and finance teams to streamline purchase planning and cost control. Ensure adherence to compliance standards and documentation processes. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics to avoid project delays. Manage SAP/ERP systems (if applicable) for purchase tracking and billing integration. Drive cost-saving initiatives and value engineering during procurement planning. Key Skills & Tools: Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, and vendor contracts . Experience with SAP, ERP, Excel, and procurement tracking tools . Excellent negotiation, communication, and project coordination skills. Understanding of commercial interiors and fit-out materials & timelines . Budgeting, billing verification, and reconciliation experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. 6–10 years of experience in procurement for interior projects , ideally in co-working or corporate office setups . Prior experience in working with QS (Quantity Surveying), billing, and vendor management is a must.
