Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Manager – 3D Visualisation to lead our in-house visualization team and bring our co-working spaces to life through high-quality renderings, animations, and immersive digital experiences. This role is central to translating architectural concepts into powerful visual content that supports marketing, leasing, and design efforts across multiple projects and geographies. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Strategy Lead a team of 3D visualizers and digital artists, ensuring high quality and consistency in all deliverables. Define visualization standards, workflows, and timelines for multiple concurrent projects. Mentor and upskill the team on the latest tools, trends, and visualization techniques. Creative Execution Oversee the development of photorealistic 3D renderings, flythroughs, VR assets, and visual storytelling pieces for new and existing co-working spaces. Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and branding teams to understand spatial layouts, materials, and design intent. Ensure visualizations reflect brand identity, user experience, and functional requirements. Project Management Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, real estate, and construction teams. Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure all visual assets are delivered on schedule. Implement a system for feedback, revisions, and final approvals. Innovation & Quality Control Evaluate and introduce emerging visualization technologies such as real-time rendering, AR/VR, and interactive walkthroughs. Maintain an internal library of 3D assets, materials, lighting presets, and templates. Perform quality checks on all final outputs to ensure technical and aesthetic excellence.
