Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Strategy Lead a team of 3D visualizers and digital artists, ensuring high quality and consistency in all deliverables. Creative Execution Oversee the development of photorealistic 3D renderings, flythroughs, VR assets, and visual storytelling pieces for new and existing co-working spaces. Ensure visualizations reflect brand identity, user experience, and functional requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets. Source and onboard vendors for civil, interior, MEP, HVAC, electrical, furniture, and other related works. Evaluate vendor performance, pricing, quality, and delivery timelines. Float RFPs, analyze BOQs, negotiate contracts, and finalize work orders or purchase orders. Collaborate with the project, design, and finance teams to streamline purchase planning and cost control. Ensure adherence to compliance standards and documentation processes. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics to avoid project delays. Manage SAP/ERP systems (if applicable) for purchase tracking and billing integration. Drive cost-saving initiatives and value engineering during procurement planning.
