What this job involves

:As a Procurement Executive at JLL, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic sourcing initiatives that directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional value to our clients in India. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape procurement processes and vendor relationships while working on-site with our clients as part of our Work Dynamics accounts business.You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, from identifying sourcing opportunities to negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies.Working closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders at their location, you'll help optimize costs, mitigate risks, and drive innovation in our procurement operations.At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees, and this role positions you at the center of that mission by ensuring we partner with suppliers who share our commitment to excellence and sustainability while delivering seamless on-site procurement support.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for assigned categories, identifying cost savings opportunities and process improvements for client operations
  • Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to build robust vendor networks that align with JLL's and client standards
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal terms, service levels, and compliance at the client site
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand procurement needs and translate requirements into effective sourcing strategies Monitor supplier performance through key metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary
  • Support risk management initiatives by assessing supplier financial stability and developing contingency plans
  • Contribute to procurement policy development and ensure adherence to governance frameworks across all purchasing activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
  • 3-5 years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in professional services or corporate real estate industry
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and procurement software systems
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and regulatory compliance requirements in India
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities with ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Preferred qualifications:
  • Professional certification such as CPSM, CPPO, or equivalent procurement credential
  • Experience with e-procurement platforms and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Background in facilities management, workplace services, or corporate real estate
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools
  • Experience working on client sites or in client-facing procurement roles
