The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of materials, cost efficiency, and process transparency across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Receive and verify material requests from project sites as per BOQ and project scope. Source and negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and quality materials. Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) after management approval. Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams for on-time material delivery. Maintain daily procurement and delivery status reports. Support project and site teams by ensuring zero material delays. Maintain proper documentation – RFQs, quotations, invoices, and delivery challans.
