Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on MEP Coordinator with strong site coordination experience in commercial interior fit-out projects. The role involves managing MEP activities on-site, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely, quality-driven execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all MEP works (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) at site for commercial fit-out projects.
• Review and execute work as per approved MEP drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with civil, interior, and project teams to avoid clashes and rework.
• Ensure timely material planning, site readiness, and vendor coordination for MEP works.
• Supervise MEP contractors and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections, snag listing, and rectification follow-ups.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
• Prepare and update daily progress reports (DPRs) and attend coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate final documentation including as-built drawings and O&M manuals.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of commercial interior MEP systems
• Excellent site coordination and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and layouts
• Practical understanding of site execution challenges
• Vendor & contractor coordination experience
• Basic knowledge of safety and compliance norms
