Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals, GST, TDS, and compliance. Candidates with experience in the service industry or contracting/interior fit-out firms will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare monthly GST working, reconciliation & return support.
• Manage TDS deductions, return preparation & timely compliance.
• Support in monthly closing, MIS, ledgers & bank reconciliation.
• Maintain vendor bills, purchase orders, and payment tracking.
• Assist in audit documentation and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing, documentation, and payments.
• Monitor project-related expenses and ensure proper record keeping.
• Support management with required financial data and reports.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance.
• Good working experience in service or contracting-based companies.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting entries.
• Strong understanding of books of accounts, ledgers & reconciliations.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
