As our Procurement Analyst, you will be part of a Global Procurement department working with strategic procurement team.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize Procurement KPIs, spend, compliance, and other performance metrics.
- Understand end-to-end procurement processes (PR–PO cycle, sourcing, supplier management, etc.) to translate business needs into data insights.
- Work with global and regional stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and deliver standardized, automated dashboards.
- Integrate data from various systems (e.g., ERP, procurement platforms, supplier databases) to build a centralized reporting ecosystem.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all reports and dashboards.
- Analyze trends and variances in procurement data to support strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and compliance improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to optimize data models and connections between systems.
- Support the development of a Procurement Data Warehouse and automation of recurring reporting processes.
Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Procurement processes and operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, visualization design).
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and integration.
- Hands-on experience in data integration and system mapping across multiple platforms.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with global teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- 1-3 years of experience in Procurement Analytics, Data Analytics, or related roles.
