Key Responsibilities:



Project & Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage end-to-end project coordination and client communications across geographies.
  • Handle interview scheduling, demand fulfillment, and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure timely account setup and training compliance tracking for new hires.
  • Maintain clear, well-organized project documentation and reports.


Financial & Operational Oversight:

  • Lead weekly forecasting and revenue meetings in collaboration with BU Finance.
  • Consolidate and track revenue forecasts across multiple client accounts.
  • Provide monthly billing inputs, validate invoices, and coordinate FTE billing updates related to employee transitions.
  • Understand and support finance, procurement, and hiring processes.


Tool Proficiency:

  • Strong command of

    MS Excel

    for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
  • Working knowledge of

    Power BI

    for visualizing KPIs and project metrics.
  • Experience with timesheet tracking tools (e.g., WAS, Figma, Adobe CC).
  • Familiarity with audit processes, PMO governance, and license management.


Desired Profile:

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in operations or project management.
  • Graduate or Post-Graduate in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in

    Excel

    ,

    Power BI

    , and other

    MS Office applications

    .
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
