Role Description


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Associate to support our global sales and delivery teams in winning strategic Cloud, Cybersecurity and Managed Services opportunities. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to drive high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and customer-facing deliverables.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage RFP/RFI/RFQ responses- structure content, ensure compliance, maintain timelines
  • Work closely with solution architects and delivery SMEs to shape value-based proposals
  • Support commercial and pricing efforts by building initial costing with guidance from finance
  • Create compelling presentations: capability decks, executive summaries, pursuit storyboards
  • Maintain a repository of case studies, team CVs, certifications, and boilerplate content
  • Conduct client research, competitor analysis and assist sales with pursuit qualification
  • Coordinate with global teams across multiple time zones for inputs and solution alignment
  • Manage governance reviews including version control, quality checks, and submission readiness
  • Collaborate with technology vendors like Microsoft, AWS, GCP for partner alignment and benefits


Skills and Requirements


  • 3–5 years experience in Pre-Sales, Proposal Management or Consulting support
  • Strong business writing and storytelling skills
  • Knowledge of Cloud / Cyber / IT infrastructure service offerings at a conceptual level
  • Excellent stakeholder coordination and deadline discipline
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Experience in a global delivery organization (e.g., EY GDS, Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG) preferred
