Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Associate to support our global sales and delivery teams in winning strategic Cloud, Cybersecurity and Managed Services opportunities. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to drive high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and customer-facing deliverables.

Location

Key Responsibilities

Manage RFP/RFI/RFQ responses- structure content, ensure compliance, maintain timelines
Work closely with solution architects and delivery SMEs to shape value-based proposals
Support commercial and pricing efforts by building initial costing with guidance from finance
Create compelling presentations: capability decks, executive summaries, pursuit storyboards
Maintain a repository of case studies, team CVs, certifications, and boilerplate content
Conduct client research, competitor analysis and assist sales with pursuit qualification
Coordinate with global teams across multiple time zones for inputs and solution alignment
Manage governance reviews including version control, quality checks, and submission readiness
Collaborate with technology vendors like Microsoft, AWS, GCP for partner alignment and benefits

Skills and Requirements

3–5 years experience in Pre-Sales, Proposal Management or Consulting support
Strong business writing and storytelling skills
Knowledge of Cloud / Cyber / IT infrastructure service offerings at a conceptual level
Excellent stakeholder coordination and deadline discipline
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Experience in a global delivery organization (e.g., EY GDS, Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG) preferred
