Job Description

Brand and Content Specialist

You will be responsible for managing all content across our digital channels, ensuring brand compliance, and working closely with leadership to build a compelling brand narrative. This role requires a hands-on professional who can collaborate with technical teams to enhance our digital presence (including for our group company, Xencia) and drive our reputation as a thought leader in cloud technology .

Key Result Areas

1.Content & Channel Management:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy for all digital channels, including websites, social media (especially LinkedIn), thought leadership articles, publications, event materials, and press releases.
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality flow of original content by coordinating with internal technical teams and subject matter experts.
  • Manage regular content updates for both the Saints & Masters and Xencia websites.

2.Brand & Eminence:

  • Act as the primary brand guardian, ensuring strict branding compliance across all company collaterals and communications, including proposals, concept notes, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Work directly with senior leadership to build, refine, and project a strong brand narrative and market reputation.

3. Digital Marketing & SEO:

  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve our web presence and digital identity.
  • Manage the creation and deployment of creatives and content designed to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.

4.Compliance & Governance:

  • Implement and manage processes for plagiarism checks to ensure all published content is original.
  • Oversee all content-related compliance, including copyright laws, image/software licenses, and data privacy, to mitigate legal risks.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience:

    Proven experience in B2B content marketing, brand management, or a senior marketing communications role, preferably within a technology, cloud, or professional services firm.
  • Content Expertise:

    Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content.
  • Brand Acumen:

    A keen eye for design and detail, with a deep understanding of brand compliance and corporate identity.
  • Digital Savvy:

    Demonstrable experience in managing professional social media (especially LinkedIn) and a strong, practical understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Collaboration:

    Excellent interpersonal skills with the proven ability to work closely with senior leadership and technical teams.
  • Ownership:

    A highly organized, proactive, and accountable professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and act as the central owner of the brand's public-facing image.
