Key responsibility areas:
- Functional expertise in one or more of the following areas related to GRC products such as operational risk and compliance management, third party risk management, audit management and planning, etc, product implementation and development, etc.
- Work back with the product development and sales teams to understand client demo requirements and build compelling proof of concept demos.
- Functional and product expertise to be part of the solution team to define client offering
- Undertake client demos and explain the product features
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP requirements
- Create technical and commercial proposals
- Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
- Build collateral and other marketing material content pertaining to the Techworks products
- Support in the awareness initiatives for the product including but not limited to development of training packs, learner videos, feature explanation videos and classroom training
- Undertake feature benchmarking with other similar products and work back with the development team on development for the features.

- Feedback from counsellor, leadership and other team members

- Strong business writing and oral communication skills

- Ability to handle highly challenging and time-bound projects with a positive mindset
