Highlight of the engagement opportunity

  • Nature of role:

    Full time
  • Number of years of experience expected:

    3-10 years
  • Areas of past experience preferred:

    Consulting /Pre-sales/ System implementation
  • Educational qualification expected:

    Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance or any professional qualification such as MBA
  • Preferable additional certifications:

    MS Power Apps and PowerBI certification
  • Preferred geography of previous work experience:

    India / Europe / APAC / US
  • Language requirements:

    Ability to write and speak fluently in English



Key responsibility areas:

  • Functional expertise in one or more of the following areas related to GRC products such as operational risk and compliance management, third party risk management, audit management and planning, etc, product implementation and development, etc.
  • Work back with the product development and sales teams to understand client demo requirements and build compelling proof of concept demos.
  • Functional and product expertise to be part of the solution team to define client offering
  • Undertake client demos and explain the product features
  • Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP requirements
  • Create technical and commercial proposals
  • Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process
  • Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
  • Build collateral and other marketing material content pertaining to the Techworks products
  • Support in the awareness initiatives for the product including but not limited to development of training packs, learner videos, feature explanation videos and classroom training
  • Undertake feature benchmarking with other similar products and work back with the development team on development for the features.

  • Feedback from counsellor, leadership and other team members


Other expectations:

  • Exhibiting an “ownership attitude” and passionate about solving strategic issues and objectives along with leading a team should grow from their previous engagements in the role
  • Strong technical, analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong business writing and oral communication skills
  • Collaborative and partnership-oriented and ready to work as a team member/ leader
  • Demonstrated ownership over deliverables and project engagement
  • Ability to handle highly challenging and time-bound projects with a positive mindset




Other important information:

  • Work permit requirements:

    Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India
  • Period of engagement:

    Full-time position
  • Probation period:

    6 months
  • Compensation:

    Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.
  • Performance incentives:

    Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive. Specific aspects will be discussed during the compensation discussion
  • Leave:

    22 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement and studies vary based on the city and country of engagement.

Selection process:

We seek to be transparent during the selection process. While the actual process may vary from the process indicated below, the key steps involved are as follows:

  • Interview:

    There are expected to be at least 3 rounds of interviews. The number of interview rounds may increase depending on the criticality and seniority of the role involved.
  • Final discussion on career and compensation:

    Post final selection, a separate discussion will be set up to discuss compensation and career growth. You are encouraged to seek any clarifications you have during this discussion.
