Highlight of engagement opportunity: Nature of role: Full time, fully work from office Number of years of experience expected: 3+ years of experience in lead generation and sales of software solutions & consulting services to banks, NBFCs, insurers, capital market firms etc. Sales experience with overseas financial institutions (ASEAN, Middle East, ANZ etc.) would be an advantage. Experience NOT relevant to this role: Inside sales: This role requires hands-on B2B sales experience across the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to deal closure & client relationship management. Applicants with only Inside Sales experience need not apply. Non-BFSI or B2C sales experience: Experience of selling to corporates or non-BFSI clients, or retail sales is not relevant for this role and will not be considered. Areas of sales experience required: Experience of having directly sold software and / or consulting services to one or more of the following departments in a bank, NBFC or Insurer: Finance & Accounts Risk Management Treasury / Investments Compliance Core Banking and Loan Management / Origination System Audit Analytics & business intelligence Data management General competencies expected: Knowledge of how banks, NBFCs & insurers operate and role of various departments Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking outreach results, leads, pursuits etc. Strong communication skills with enthusiasm and passion required to persuade B2B prospects Awareness of the regulatory standards that are applicable to banks, NBFCs and Insurers would be an added advantage. Educational qualification: Graduate or Master’s degree. Language requirements: Ability to write & speak fluently in English and Hindi (desirable). Software skills reqd.: Strong command on Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel is expected. Key performance metrics: Cash revenue generated during the financial year and revenue sold for future years. Leads generated for products / accounts allocated 360-degree view of each opportunity, including influencers & decision makers, competitors, procurement process, Acies’ perceived positioning and risks that can derail the opportunity. New relationships developed in the marketplace and sales in new accounts. Sales with SI partners and sales with consulting partners. Adherence to internal sales operations processes and organization’s policies. Important information to note before applying for this position: Mandatory experience required : NA Work permit requirements: Indian Citizen or holding a valid work permit to work in India Period of engagement: Full-time Probation period: 6 months Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process. Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive.
