Team palyer in the controllership team Job Summary: The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations of the dealership, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance. This role is critical in managing dealership profitability, cash flow, and internal controls, while supporting sales and service departments with financial insights. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Compliance Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IND AS. Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits. Ensure all compliance regulations, tax laws, and internal policies. Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies for financial audits and inspections. Controllership & Internal Controls Collaborate with dealership departments (sales, service, parts, F&I) to gather accurate financial data. Enforce internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial records. Ensure financial reporting processes and internal controls. Ensure timely reconciliation of general ledger accounts and sub-ledgers. Oversee reconciliation of accounts, including vehicle inventory, receivables, and payables. Drive automation and efficiency in financial processes. Qualifications: Qualified CA 3+ years of experience in financial controllership, preferably in the automotive or retail sector. Strong understanding of dealership operations, inventory financing, and cost accounting. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
