This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing aftersales processes. Daily tasks include greeting customers, understanding their service needs, communicating effectively with customers, coordinating with the service team, and following up on service status and feedback.
