About the Role:

Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce WheelsEye products and services.
  • Understand customer requirements and share relevant offerings.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure high engagement and conversion.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, lead quality, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • 0–1 year of experience in telesales, pre-sales, or customer support (freshers welcome).
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and basic English.
