Job Description: As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be the first friendly and knowledgeable voice that prospects hear. Your main responsibility will be to turn marketed leads into meaningful conversations and schedule walkthroughs that matter. You will need to know when to nudge and when to wait, focusing on converting only warm and hot leads for sales. Keeping the CRM clean and ensuring no calls are missed is crucial - if someone reaches out, they should hear back from you in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be expected to provide valuable insights to the marketing team by identifying which leads are gold and which ones are gravel. Your follow-up skills will be key in bringing hesitant prospects closer to a 'yes'. Furthermore, you will play a role in preparing smart sales reports and identifying ways to enhance our sales process.
