Roles & Responsibilities:

·      Should be very Good with Numbers & Statistics. Also, have good understanding of MS office tools. Especially Power Point & MS Excel

·      Excellent communication (verbal/ written) and interpersonal skills and excellent reading comprehension skills

·      Responsible for creating and overseeing a bid – a detailed, costed, persuasive proposal

·      Researching, writing and/or checking proposals received from Vendors

·      Working with key members of the US Sales team and the client organization to obtain the information required to compile the bid

·      Ensure on-time submission of compliant and commercially sound bids

·      Experience in creating the proposal and calculating the effort estimates for the RFQs

·     Experienced with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in pre-sales, bidding, costing, Market Research

·      Must have the ability to perform under pressure on tight timelines

·      Should possess working knowledge of pharma/ Biotech Industry

·      Working Independently and as a part of team assisting development and writing proposals with Senior Support

·      Attentive and proactive while acknowledging client’s requests
