PMO Analyst

As a PMO Analyst at Barclays, your main responsibility will be to build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems. This involves utilizing hardware, software, networks, and cloud computing platforms to ensure that the infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure. Your role will also include ensuring the reliability, availability, and scalability of systems, platforms, and technology through the application of software engineering techniques, automation, and best practices in incident response. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements with a focus on reliability, performance, availability, and ease of use. - Monitor IT infrastructure and system performance to identify and resolve potential issues, vulnerabilities, or outages. - Implement automated tasks and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention. - Implement secure configurations and measures to protect infrastructure against cyber-attacks and security threats. - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to define IT infrastructure requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Stay informed of industry technology trends, contribute to the organization's technology communities, and foster a culture of technical excellence and growth. Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in a PMO role with a focus on finance and workforce management. - Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of managing complex relationships. - Excellent communication and coordination skills across diverse teams and senior stakeholders. - Good understanding of project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PMO tools (e.g., Workday, JIRA, Tableau), data reporting tools, and collaboration platforms. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to strategic planning and change initiatives.
