Plant Human Resources Executive

Experience: 3–5 Years

Reporting to: HR VP

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant HR professional to oversee all human resource activities at our aluminium manufacturing plant in Shrirampur, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, ensuring smooth employee relations, and supporting the overall operational goals of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures aligned with company standards and local labour laws.

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of plant staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

• Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment.

• Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management in coordination with the payroll team.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety at the plant.

• Conduct performance appraisals, identify training needs, and facilitate employee development programs.

• Collaborate with management to plan workforce requirements and ensure manpower availability.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote organizational culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience as HR Generalist or Plant HR in manufacturing industry, preferably in aluminium or heavy engineering.

• Strong knowledge of Maharashtra labour laws.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office Suite.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Prior experience working in a plant or industrial setting is preferred.
