Job Description

Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Monitor daily attendance through biometric/ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate shift records.
  • Share monthly attendance reports with the payroll team.
  • Track overtime, leaves, absenteeism, and maintain related data.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Act as the first point of contact for plant employees for HR queries.
  • Handle grievances professionally and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Maternity, etc.).
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure statutory documents are maintained.

Training & Development

  • Plan and conduct basic training sessions such as safety, induction, 5S, behaviour, and skill development.
  • Maintain training calendars and attendance records.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee personal files, HR MIS, and manpower reports.
  • Support in implementing HR policies and procedures across the plant.
  • Assist in performance management process and probation evaluations.
  • Manage canteen, uniform distribution, housekeeping coordination, and welfare activities.

Safety & Factory Coordination

  • Coordinate with EHS and Admin teams for audit support.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is audit-ready (internal & external).
  • Support factory license documentation, contractor documents, and compliance audits.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR / MBA HR preferred.
  • 25 years of experience as Plant HR Executive / HR Officer in manufacturing setup.
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and plant HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, discipline handling, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage large manpower.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR systems.

    Role & responsibilities
