Building new customers telephonic communications.Maintain good communication with old & new customers by handling their sales enquiries, making quotations, negotiation & order finalization. Basic technical understanding of grades of sheet metal to keep data. Maintain all records of sales enquiry & quotation on google sheets & on software. Make & send purchase invoice to the customer & maintain customer details. Using tally for various applications. Coordinate with internal production team, import & dispatch coordinator to get a regular update on ongoing orders. Communicate with transporter to get reasonable transport rates. Build communication between transporter & customer to maintain easy flow of goods. Maintain payment details of customers and reach out to them for payment related queries.

Key Responsibilities:Corporate Compliance & Secretarial Work:Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other statutory regulations. Qualifications & Skills:Educational Qualification: CS (Company Secretary) qualification from ICSI. LLB degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate compliance, contract drafting, and intellectual property law. Strong knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI regulations, and IPR laws. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and liaise with external legal counsel, government bodies, and investors. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Skills:Experience in startup funding, IPOs, venture capital, and private equity transactions. Familiarity with corporate governance frameworks. Knowledge of international trade laws and cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities:Perform titration analysis (acid-base, redox, complex metric, Karl Fischer, etc.) to ensure product quality and compliance.Conduct various chemical tests and experiments as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products for purity and composition.Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation for test results.Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments such as pH meters, burettes, and spectrophotometers.Follow safety guidelines and proper handling of chemicals.Required Qualifications & Skills:Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or a related field.Experience: Minimum 0- 2 years of experience Technical Skills:Hands-on experience with manual and automated titration methods.Familiarity with analytical instruments such as Karl Fischer titrators, pH meters, and spectrophotometers.Understanding of chemical stoichiometry and reaction mechanisms in titration.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Strong attention to detail and precision.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Metal or chemical industries.Knowledge of ICP OES , LECO.
