Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage
project sales
for flooring, furniture, and allied interior solutions.
Build and sustain strong relationships with
architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors
.
Identify and develop business opportunities in large-scale
residential, commercial, and institutional projects
.
Achieve sales and collection targets for the assigned region.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to design effective sales strategies.
Coordinate with the internal technical, design, and operations teams to ensure successful execution.
Maintain regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline (Management/Engineering/Architecture preferred).
47 years of
experience in project sales
within
flooring, furniture, building materials, or interior solutions
.
Strong
network with architects, consultants, and key decision-makers
in the region.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the region.
