Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive
project sales
of Bollard-branded products in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
architects, consultants, builders, and contractors
to ensure brand specification and adoption.
Identify new project opportunities and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Conduct client presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and project pipelines.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, design, and operations) to ensure successful execution of projects.
Regularly update management with sales reports, forecasts, and key client developments.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Architecture/Management preferred).
4–8 years of proven experience in
project sales
within
building materials/infrastructure/furniture/flooring
or related industries.
Strong
network with architects, consultants, and project stakeholders
is a must.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and open to frequent travel.
