Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling Sales of Cables, Accessories and Solutions for Project / End user, Consultants / Contractors from Industrial Projects (Textiles, Automobiles, Cements, Steel, F&B, Pharma, PSUs) for South Region
  • She/He will plan and achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction / delight confirming to the laid down Company policies.
  • Lead generation, Identification and understanding customer requirements.
  • Update the CRM tool with required details regularly.
  • Prepare Negotiation Strategy anticipating the needs of the Customer
  • Create account plans, Create MIS of all the projects of Identified Key Accounts with their execution Plan.
  • Update regularly Sales Force online portal for Customer Visits, New Opportunities, Order Booking Forecasts and account plans.
  • Develop & maintain relationships with potential customers accounts across the assigned market by monitoring sales and negotiating orders to maximize revenue in accordance with pre-defined targets
  • Responsible for coordination with internal stakeholders for effective Solution Design, product availability, smooth logistics, accounts receivables etc to ensure both internal and external customer requirements are met.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company products and energy offerings and methodologies.
  • Monitoring the timelines for submission of Tenders, Technical queries, commercial queries in coordination with concerned people.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Min 4~10 years of relevant experience in Projects Sales or direct Sales
  • B.Tech / B.E. (Electrical / ECE/Mechanical/Instrumentation) with experience in Industrial selling
