Job Description

This position will Lead and oversee all aspects of Learning & Development programs within the organization to attract, retain and develop Key talent and to enhance competencies of all employees in line with business objectives. Role & responsibilities Learning & Development Design and implement effective learning strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis using both structured and informal methods across organization Develop innovative and flexible learning solutions, including: External training programs and conferences In-house training sessions Create and execute a comprehensive L&D plan based on identified needs and preferred learning methods Drive the implementation of the L&D Plan to ensure smooth execution with effective outcomes, providing thought leadership around program design and delivery Establish and refine L&D systems and processes, including: Attendance tracking and training effectiveness evaluation Feedback collection from training programs, workshops, and conferences Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization Lead monthly reviews L& D programs (Plan Vs Actual) and assess effectiveness Design and implement competency mapping and development plans for factory operations Identify and develop Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) aligned with business objectives Talent Management Develop and execute talent management process that align with the organizations goals and objectives Lead the execution of Succession Planning process Design and deliver targeted development interventions for key talent Provide coaching and mentorship to managers and employees on talent development Collaborate with HR teams to create career development paths, training programs, and succession planning initiatives Lead quarterly reviews of Talent Management process & development interventions along with business leaders Role competencies: Strong domain knowledge in HR Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools Ability to develop & implement end to end Talent Strategy (Identify- Nurture- Retain Talent) Strategic mindset with the ability to align talent initiatives with business needs Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven talent decisions Preferred candidate profile MBA / MSW in HR 8 12 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development Proven experience in learning & development programs deployment, leadership development and talent management Certification in L&D and coaching Experience working in a manufacturing or factory operations environment is an added advantage
