Consultant - Data Management & Project Management

Role & responsibilities : The consultant is responsible various types of data management within product management function. Say, Creation and maintain product cluster dashboards Report creation in .ppt format ALP revision SAP Material codes DAM, PIM, STEP, e-Shop The consultant will also be responsible to manage stage-gate projects in Altus software: TIM (Technology & Innovation) portal up-to-date TIM Projects. Ensure the project health conditions with required deliverables from each stakeholder. Maintain the required data in Project management tool for executive MIS reporting. The consultant will also be responsible for product marketing activities say: Content creation of all product lines say cables, accessories, industrial automation products. Collaborate with Marketing team to liaison product display in exhibitions, conference, dealer shows, customer shows etc. ACCOUNTABILITIES & PERFORMANCE MEASURES: Supports business with timely list price, marketing initiatives. Support data analysis and reporting to help product managers to make business decisions Fully manage Stage Gate projects, timelines for all TIM projects. Time-to-time take additional responsibilities for marketing activities, drive to timely completion. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 3 yrs to 8 yrs experience in Data Management specific to Advance Excel, SAP T-Codes, PowerBI, MS PowerPoint, Project Management. Advanced Excel, Power BI is mandatory Hands on experience on SAP material master is mandatory Python for data analysis is preferred but not mandatory Strong communication skills, both written and verbal required. English proficiency, preferably with second language skills preferred. Team player, solution-oriented mind-set, creative skills are highly appreciated.
