Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities and deliverables.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and logs.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal departments for drawing reviews, approvals, and submissions.
Monitor project progress and update status reports for client and management review.
Support the engineering team in reviewing technical drawings (P&IDs, layouts, etc.) and ensuring alignment with project specifications.
Manage document control ensure accurate filing, version control, and record maintenance.
Assist in preparing material submittals, RFIs, and transmittals as per project requirements.
Handle communication with clients and consultants professionally, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Track project correspondence, manage approvals, and support QA/QC documentation.
Contribute to workflow improvements and support project closure documentation.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s / Master's Degree in Chemical / Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master's in project management.
0–2 years of experience in project operations, project coordination, or similar roles (preferably in Oil & Gas or engineering consultancy).
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
Working knowledge of design and analysis softwares is an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive approach to tasks.
