Job Description

PMO Analyst/Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Documentation & Process Ownership

    Define and maintain project documentation standards (charters, reports, meeting minutes); ensure all documents are stored centrally and adhere to PMO governance.
  • Project Monitoring & Reporting

    Assist Project Managers in tracking project schedules, milestones, and deliverables ; run weekly status roll-ups and highlight risks, issues, and next steps to the PMO Lead.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:

    This is a

    fresher position (0-1 year)

    . Prior internship experience supporting a PMO or Project Manager is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge:

    Foundational understanding of the project lifecycle and the function of a PMO
