Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Project Management Trainee to support cross-functional teams, streamline workflows, manage timelines, and ensure smooth project execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves organisation and multitasking.

What You'll Do:

➤ Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks

➤ Support communication between departments

➤ Maintain dashboards, reports & documentation

➤ Join daily/weekly check-ins, make MoMs & follow-ups

➤ Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements

➤ Help document internal processes

Who You Are:

➤ Highly organised with strong communication skills

➤ Comfortable with Sheets/Notion/Trello/Jira

➤ Quick learner with a solution-oriented approach

➤ Able to work independently and with teams

➤ Background in business/operations preferred (not mandatory)
