Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for an Operational Noob. The Operational Noob will be responsible for managing daily operations, assisting in sales processes, supporting project management tasks, and performing operational analyses. They will liaise with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the organization.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sales: Experience supporting sales processes and customer interactions
• Operations Management: Experience in managing and optimizing operational workflows
• Project Management: Ability to support and participate in project management tasks
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
