This is a decision-making role for someone who takes charge, thinks analytically, and ensures every commercial and contractual loop is closed with accuracy and authority.

In this role, you’ll lead planning, commercial control, and contract governance across large-scale EPC projects for marquee clients in the Steel, Cement, and Boiler sectors.
You’ll be the backbone ensuring timely billing, AR recovery (80% of AR under your control), LD mitigation, and project profitability, driving both structure and speed in execution.

You will interface with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams to resolve bottlenecks, negotiate commercially sound outcomes, and safeguard Ecomak’s interests — factually, firmly, and decisively.

Deliverables:

• Prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera / MS Project ensuring on-time delivery.
• Review, negotiate, and align contractual terms with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Manage commercial controls — billing, RA certification, AR recovery, and profitability tracking.
• Mitigate risks related to LDs, claims, and contractual obligations; handle EOTs and variations.
• Coordinate cross-functionally for contract compliance, MIS reporting, and project closure.
• Resolve client escalations, maintain documentation, and ensure legal and ISO compliance in execution.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical & MBA (Contracts / Project Management) preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in EPC / Turnkey Projects across Planning, Contracts & Commercials.
• Proficiency in Primavera / MS Project, ERP/SAP, and Excel-based variance analytics.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracting frameworks, FIDIC terms, Incoterms, and LD risk management.
• Proven capability in AR recovery, billing control, and commercial negotiations.
• Decisive, analytical thinker with a direct, factual communication style.
• Strong leadership, time management, and multi-tasking abilities in dynamic environments.
