Ecomak Systems Pvt Ltd a leading EPC turnkey solutions provider, is seeking a dynamic, persuasive, self-confident, extroverted and results-driven professional who has been an expert throughout their career in winning B2B and industrial sales. This role focuses on expanding our presence in the Steel, Cement, and Boiler sectors.

You will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, leading proposals, handling both project sales and after-sales engagements, and closing profitable deals-positioning Ecomak as the preferred industrial solutions partner.

We are looking for a confident, energetic leader who can inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and convert opportunities into measurable growth. You thrive in fast-paced environments, maintain a strong professional network, and have a proven track record of revenue generation.

Success in this role means engaging directly with senior decision-makers, industrial leaders, and executives driving operations, procurement, and manufacturing earning their trust, shaping strategic accounts, managing end-to-end project sales and after sales, and closing high-impact deals that leave a lasting impression.

Deliverables:(Job Description)

  • Identify and generate leads in Steel, Cement, Power, Boiler, and allied process industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage full sales cycle: inquiry generation, proposal coordination, techno-commercial negotiations, and order closure.
  • Achieve sales order booking targets & revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with estimation, proposal, and project teams for timely client deliverables.
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders, RFPs, and techno-commercial offers.
  • Drive receivables recovery through proactive client engagement.
  • Represent Ecomak in trade shows, industry events, and networking forums.
