Role & responsibilities To be responsible for the overall coordination, collaborative and integrated planning, implementation, execution, control & completion of the specific projects ensuring consistency with the divisional strategy, commitments & goals. Lead the planning & implementation of project. Ensure project completion as per plan and coordinate with the project manager for all upstream inputs. Undertake total responsibility for the completion of the construction work in the safest, quickest and most economical way, in order to meet the requirement of the contract. Identify the Project Risk and plan its mitigation well in advance. Define & develop full scale project construction planning including the L2/L3 construction schedule, resource mobilization plan, crane rigging plan, heavy lift studies, method statements etc. Select, Deploy and monitor various Contractors for the Project. Facilitate site mobilization, sub-contractor and their resources. Track and monitor project deliverables using appropriate tools & provide guidance and support to the project team and ensure its completion- PG test, Handing over as planned. Ensure Regular Review of projects with Construction Contractors Site Team with respect to Project Progress, Quality of the project, resource requirement and customer requirements. Manage project budgets and participate in Cost reviews with finance and provide reasons for variance. Payment Collections from Customers, Extra claim on Customer. Constantly monitor and report on progress to stake holders. Participate in cross functional meetings at HO, analyze critical path and Provide visibility into engineering and material status to site Identify problematic deign issues and make recommendations that support engineering procedures as well as ensure that the construction schedule is maintained. Responsible for management of site team including personnel matters, staff training and development. Ensure through onsite supervision that the construction works are undertaken to the required design specifications, standards and HSQE requirement Ensure maintenance of daily records of all site activities-Protocols, Installation Manual are followed, including information on labor and plant. Closure of projects including work activities, quality records, Contractual Commitments, Statutory and commercial Closure. Preferred candidate profile Construction Project Management skills for schedule and cost monitoring Thorough Technical Knowledge of Air Pollution Control Systems like ESP, Bag filter /scrubbers-Site Activities, Erection Procedures, Latest construction techniques. Knowledge of safety procedures and processes. Legal, commercial and contract management knowledge Knowledge of Construction Quality management and standards. Communication skills along with man-management skills Ability to liason with consultants & corporates and handle conflicts and complaints Ability to assess risk & challenges and take proactive plans / actions to mitigate the same.

Roles and Responsibilities: Procurement of fabricated components such as heavy support structures, Bag filters fabricated components, ESP fabricated components, Stack, Silo, pressure vessels, ducting, Tanks, dampers, Staircase, railings, gratings, sheet metal fabrication for ducting with MOC MS/GI/SS, equipment buying, Projects specific (EPC) buying, etc. Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, QC, Projects, stores, vendors & Finance. Understand the specifications and client/consultant requirements. Study of techno-commercial requirements of clients, Budgets, and current market rates to establish benchmark prices. Prepare zero-based Costing & Techno-commercial negotiation with Vendors. Prepare justification in case of overrun than budget. Material procurement as per applicable ITP / Code / Specifications / Drawing / approved Vendor list. Timely Loading and issuing of Purchase Orders to suppliers and ensuring on time deliveries. Maintain proper documentation for each PO like received quotations, comparative statements, negotiation done etc. Issue and administrate POs through the ERP-Oracle system as per the project schedule. Track the progress of orders and ensure the timely delivery of various procurement items. Regular visits to the vendors. To ensure proper submission of receipts & invoices to finance and minimize the dispute with all stakeholders and track timely release of payment to suppliers Understand risks in supply chain and have risk mitigation plans. Provide pre-bid support to Proposal Team & Manage development of new vendors Actively participate in liquidations of slow-moving Inventory Coordinate between projects & vendors in case of site complaints related to suppliers Follow the ISO procedures. Adherence to the monthly/quarterly plan. Post-Order : Project Creation, ODS Release, Conducting OTM, preparing WBS, Budget entry in ERP, resolving ODS clarifications, Review of Basic Engineering, supporting project execution team as & when necessary, collecting feedback on estimation v/s actual executed data of fabrication quantities, bought-out costs, logistics costs, construction costs, etc. Right First Time Proposal development & accurate cost estimation To develop a reference database for sizing, weight estimation & bought-out cost estimation Continual improvement and optimization by collecting feedback from executed projects, inputs from industry/market, etc. Preferred candidate profile 1. Domain knowledge in the field. 5. Excellent Presentation, Written & Verbal Communication Skills. 6. Able to meet fixed deadlines and manage under pressure. 7.
