1. 05+ Years Experience in BIW Project Management with Process Engineering Knowledge [Stamping / Welding Assy]
2. Arrange Kick-off meetings for the new projects & Prepare the Project Master Plan
3. Effective understanding of project requirements, RFQ Handling, Feasibility Study/ Review with the CFT team
4. Conducting milestone reviews (APQP), and executing the development plan as per the project milestone in each phase
5. Record Project Open issues and close them on time- collaborating with the CFT team & Project Progress reports to the management frequently
6. To ensure project risk assessment, mitigations, and timely escalation until management decision
7. Review the project progress with the customer and update the progress regularly
8. CFT management skills with strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination
9. Serves as project owner, accountable for the execution and success of the program.
10. He should be highly supportive of the program manager and work as a customer representative for individual projects
