Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Skills: • • • • • • • • • • Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, and industrial control systems. Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., IEC, or any other related). Knowledge of industrial networking protocols and communication technologies. Strong proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley, Rockwell, etc.). Experience with SCADA software (e.g., Wonderware, Ignition, etc.) and HMI design. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and resources effectively. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with electrical circuit design and control panel wiring is a plus. Knowledge of industrial safety standards and regulations. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Automation Projects Engineer to lead and execute automation projects within industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation systems, project management, and industrial processes, as well as expertise in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and control systems design. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can manage multiple projects, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of automation systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Execution: - - - - Lead the execution of industrial automation projects from concept through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and timelines. Prepare detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, scope of work, and risk assessments. 2. Design and Engineering: - - - - - Design automation solutions for industrial processes, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems. Select appropriate components and technologies for automation, including sensors, actuators, controllers, and communication protocols. Perform system integration and ensure the compatibility of automation hardware and software. Customize control logic and software for specific project requirements. Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments. 3. System Programming and Configuration: - Develop, configure, and test PLC programs, HMI screens, and SCADA systems. - - Troubleshoot and debug control systems during installation, commissioning, and operation. Implement network communication and data exchange protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP). 4. Project Coordination and Teamwork: - - - Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation teams for system integration. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians. 5. Testing and Commissioning: - - - Lead the commissioning of automation systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications. Perform on-site testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of systems. Verify system functionality, performance, and safety compliance. 6. Client Interaction and Support: - Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and offer solutions to technical challenges. - - Provide after-sales support, including maintenance and troubleshooting of installed automation systems.
