HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our corporate team, focusing on HR operations and employee engagement . This role is instrumental in streamlining HR processes , enhancing employee experiences, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Role & responsibilities : Oversee HR operations , including employee records, payroll coordination, and compliance with corporate policies. Execute engagement initiatives , such as employee wellness programs, team-building activities, and recognition events to enhance workplace culture. Support onboarding, induction, and training programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees. Assist in managing HR systems, databases, and process documentation for accurate record-keeping and reporting. Collaborate with various departments to implement HR policies and maintain a positive employee experience . Handle employee queries and provide solutions related to HR processes, benefits, and workplace concerns. Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and propose improvements. Ensure compliance with corporate HR policies, labor laws, and industry standards . Preferred candidate profile : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field . 2 - 6 years of experience in HR operations and employee engagement . Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams. Ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently in a fast-paced corporate environment. Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance frameworks . Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office tools . A proactive mindset with a passion for employee well-being and organizational development .
