Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage a combination of core HR operations and end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will support the full employee lifecycle, ensure smooth HR processes, and help build a strong workforce aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination, and onboarding.
Manage core HR operations: employee records, attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and exit formalities.
Support performance management, HR documentation, and statutory compliance.
Conduct employee engagement activities and address employee queries.
Maintain HR reports and ensure smooth HR processes.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
2–4 years of experience in both HR operations and recruitment.
Good communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of HR systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
