• Plan, organize, and execute training programs, workshops, and learning sessions across the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design customized learning solutions.
• Lead the implementation and management of a new Learning Management System (LMS) from the ground up.
• Develop and execute training strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end training logistics including scheduling, communications, and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate L&D records, including attendance, feedback, and certification tracking.
• Partner with external vendors and trainers for specialized learning programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Create training content such as presentations, manuals, and eLearning modules.
• Deliver soft skills and management training sessions independently (preferred).
• Ensure training programs align with company values, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging L&D trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve learning outcomes.
• 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.
• Recent 23 years of experience in an IT company (mandatory).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
