Manage and maintain factory licenses , renewals, inspections, and related documentation. Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for labour and compliance-related matters. Monitor and ensure timely submission of compliance reports and returns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for audits and legal inspections. Support workforce management, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures in alignment with legal frameworks. Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives at the plant level. Coordinate with corporate HR and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations at the site. Evaluate Campaign effectiveness on the ground. Understand regional geography and market dynamics. Conduct regular market visits to understand regional geography, customer behavior, and market dynamics. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all regional initiatives. Provide feedback from the field to the central marketing team for strategic alignment.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory management.
